Q: How much are the shipping costs?
A: That's easy, FREE if your product total is more than $50, then it ships via UPS ground or similar for FREE. We offer low flat rate shipping for orders less than $50. If your product total is less than $25 then the shipping is $5 and if your product total is between $25 and $49.99 then the flat shipping rate is $6.50. All of these shipping options are for UPS ground service or similar. For more information on shipping click the shipping banner at the top of each page on this website.
Q: How soon will my order be processed and shipped?
A: If your order is placed and your payment is confirmed before 3PM PST on a normal business day then your order will be processed and shipped the same day. If your order and/or payment are received after 3PM then your order will be processed and shipped the next business day. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays will also be sent the next business day.
Q: Are all of your products in stock?
A: 95% of the products we offer on our site are in stock and available to ship immediately. We do not have a real time inventory tracking system as some of our products are shipped directly from us and other products may be sent directly from various suppliers. This inventory system allows us to offer you a variety of quality parts at great prices, but occasionally items may be out of stock when they show that they are available. Q: When will I receive my order?
A: In most cases you will receive your order within 5 business days of ordering it or in as little as 2 days, depending on where you live and if you ordered before 3PM PST. For more information click on the shipping banner at the top of all pages on our website.
Q: Can I get an order sent overnight or in a method other than standard ground shipping?
A: Yes, but the website is set up to accommodate what most of our customers prefer and that is discounted ground shipping. Q: Do you ship to Hawaii and Alaska?

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, currently we can ship to many counties including Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Holland, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Republic of Ireland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and United Kingdom. Place your items in the cart, then when you checkout the Fed Ex International premium shipping rates for your order will be displayed. Our rates to these countries include all taxes and duties so that your package does not get hung up in customs and typically arrive to you within 3-6 business days. In fact almost everything we sell can be sent to virtually any country, even those not listed here, but via US Postal Service where the rate is lower than the quoted premium shipping price but will be a little slower at 10-14 days and taxes/duties may be owed by you the customer when the package arrives. Certain oversize items, restricted items and brands including but not limited to: Dasa, Houser, most DWT, GoldSpeed, Laeger's, OMF, Hiper, Rath, Custom Axis, Fox, Elka, RPM, Teixeira Tech, Walsh, FourWerx and Quadtech do not apply to the premium shipping offer but can normally be sent with the slower US Postal option. All prices are in US Dollars.
Q: Can I check the status of an order?
A: Yes, click "My Account" located on the top banner of all the pages within our site. To use this feature you must have had an account created at the time or placing your order. Even if you do not have an account, you will be sent an email that contains tracking and/ or status information, usually the same evening that you placed your order.
Q: Do the product images show the exact item that I will purchase?
A: Product images may differ from the actual product. Some of the images are representations of the actual product and are used to give the customer a general idea of the product appearance. All images, descriptions, logos and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and may not be copied or reproduced without the written permission of the owner.
Q: Can I return/ exchange my order?
A: Yes, within 30 days, but a Return Authorization Number must be obtained from Immortal ATV first. What this means is that we cannot accept a random box that just arrives for an unknown reason. We need to hear from you first if you want to return an item because maybe the problem is not the part but the way that you are trying to install it. Contact us using the chat box on the left of all of our web pages, call us toll free at (800)380-9646 or email us at sales@immortalatv.com to obtain a RA#. All items being returned must be done within 30 days of purchase and returned in like new, unused condition, with all original parts, packaging and instructions. Any items that were obviously installed cannot be returned unless there is a defect in the product. All return shipping to and from Immortal ATV will be your responsibility, unless the product was defective or sent in error. Basically, if there is a problem with the part or an order error, we will stand behind you 100%. If you want to return or exchange an item because you changed your mind then you are responsible for the shipping costs to and from Immortal ATV and a 15% restocking fee. If you want to return an item because you damaged it while installing it, then the item cannot be returned. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and your experience with Immortal ATV, so we are here to help you, whether it is with installation, exchanges or returns. Please note that electrical components (rev boxes, ignitions), tire/wheel packages cannot be returned.
Q: Do your products carry a warranty?
A: Most warranty issues are handled between the customer and the manufacturer of the part. Please contact the manufacturer directly with any warranty concerns. However, Immortal ATV will assist you in any way that we can to help you with warranty problems. We do not offer any warranty protection for any of the parts we sell, other than what the manufacturer offers.
Q: Do I have to pay sales tax?
A: If your order is shipped to a California address then we collect the sales tax for the sale. If you are located in another state besides California then you are responsible for your own taxes, if any.
Q: Does Immortal ATV sponsor racers?
A: Yes, check out our team riders by clicking "Immortal Army" located in the top header of all of our web pages. We cannot accept everyone but we might accept you, so go ahead, send in a resume. If you are accepted, you will get some cool, free stuff and if you send us a picture of your Team Immortal ATV equipped ATV then we will put you on our site.
Q: Can Immortal ATV send me a catalog in the mail?
A: No, We do not offer a paper catalog. We try our best to stay green and reduce the amount of paper we use. Our catalog is our online store. If you cannot find what you are looking for in our store then please contact us via the chat box to the left of all of our pages, call or email.
Q: I just found a $500 exhaust on your website for $50, is that for real?
A: Probably not, we offer very low prices, fast shipping and great service, but if you find something insanely low then it was probably a typographical error. In the event of a typographical error, Immortal ATV shall have the right to refuse or cancel the order. We will notify you of the error and proceed from there.
